Sleeve looks good on a 31x21x2 cm 12.5-inch laptop, as per the the images. I could say the fit is a little bit tight but perfectly usable. The fabric looks like a clear blue denim to me. The protection is well ensure overall.

It arrived super fast, in 2 weeks to Italy. I have hp pavilion x360 13.3 and i took the 13.3 cover. I was a little afraid that it'll be too small for my laptop but it fitted perfectly. the side pocket is kind of small and tight so not a lot of things can get in. overall I'm happy with the product.
